Yesterday we had the Southern Software Solutions Golf Day in the rain. It was good fun with the beer cart coming around every hole to provide refreshments, sadly I couldn’t run the gauntlet as we didn’t get beer until the second hole. I played to my usually bell curve with starting horrible, getting better as I got my beer and peaking at the 5th hole, then getting too drunk and steadily declining in ability. The highlight though had to be after the game during dinner when I got my boss’ boss’ name mixed up and started calling him by his last name. I probably didn’t help my career with that one but it was all in good fun.
