When did manners go out of style? When did it become socially acceptable to close a door on someone’s face or renege on favours owed to someone? I don’t consider “Oh, I didn’t know” an acceptable response, maybe something more along the lines of “I am a completely oblivious moron who doesn’t know the difference between my head and my ass” would be appropriate. Has the smoker walking down the busy street blowing smoke into people’s faces just stomped their conscience to the point where they don’t even care, or are they really just not notice how their actions effect those around them? The worst part of all is that if you were to smack them in the back of the head and tell them to smarten up, you would be the one to get arrested.
